Is there a computer program to aid in the design of clothing and apparel?

I have been coming up with some really good clothing ideas lately and, although I don’t have a problem with drawing them on paper, I would like to be able to design them on the computer to get a more realistic view. Does anybody know of a computer program that I could download to help with this? I don’t care what cost, as long as there is a trial download so that I can be sure it’s what I’m looking for before I purchase it. Thanks!
I’m not really looking for anything to put outfits together from other places. I’m looking for something that I can measure and draw and create pieces on the computer with. Instead of a rough sketch, I can make a more realistic looking piece.
